If you'd like to experiment with a new flavor experience, then please consider our very own Wineberry Blueberry Jam. This unique recipie combines the assertive flavor and color of New Jersey blueberries with the milder taste and lighter color of Scravel Creek wineberries, blending the two fruits into something entirely different.
 
We confess that when we first tried this recipe, the resulting flavor was not what we had hoped for, the taste of blueberries overwhelming that of the more subtle wineberries. Still, we canned the batch we had made and placed our test-sample into the refrigerator. After a few days, we revisited our refrigerated sample and found to our delight, that the flavors had melded perfectly and that the flavor intensity of the blueberries no longer predominated, giving us the taste we had hoped for.
 
Owing to our intitial disappointment in the outcome, supplies of Wineberry Blueberry Jam this year are limited. If you try this product and enjoy it, please let us know, and next summer we'll produce a good deal more of it.
